Featuring 120 LED diodes with each diode containing 4 LEDs for a total of 480 LEDs(360 red + 120 near-infrared), it provides a large treatment area and penetrates deeply into tissues to support healing, relieve soreness, and increase circulation.

Instructions for use

1. Position the belt over the target area (back, shoulder, waist, abdomen, legs, or arms).
2. Secure it using the adjustable strap.
3. Connect to the power adapter or a power bank.
4. Press the power button to start the session.
