Instructions for use

1. Position the mat on the targeted area (back, waist, knees, shoulders, abdomen, etc.).
2. Secure with the adjustable strap if needed.
3. Turn on the device:
• Press once for red light mode
• Press again for infrared mode
• Press again for combined mode
4. To activate pulse modes, long-press the button for 3 seconds; modes will cycle similar to standard settings.
5. Use for 20 minutes per session, 1–2 times daily.
6. Continue consistently for at least 4 weeks for best results.
7. Roll for storage or portability when finished.
