Effective in as little as 8 minutes per day

Based on the most current research in red light therapy the ideal dosage range for full body application is 4-9 joules.

With the Pro 2400 this can be achieved in 8 minutes each day following this protocol:

• All skin must be exposed to the red light.
• Standing in front of the panel, step back until you can’t see circles from the lights and the color on your skin is blended.
• 3 minutes front side, 3 minutes back side, 1 minute each side.

More is not better, red light therapy has a biphasic dose response meaning you get decreasing results if you do over the optimal joule dosage.
