Instructions for use

Full Body Mat:

1. Unfold the mat on a flat surface.
2. Connect the control unit and power adapter.
3. Choose program P1, P2, or P3.
4. Lie down on the mat for 20–30 minutes.
5. Use 2–3 times daily as needed.

PEMF Ring:

1. Place the ring around the head, neck, arm, leg, or joint.
