  • To obtain a shipping quote add the desired items to your shopping cart. Once you have click "estimate shipping" and set the location you would like your order to be shipped to. This will give you the most accurate shipping estimate.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this email. The tracking number can also be found by logging into your account and checking your “Previous Orders” found under “My Account”.
  • We may require signature confirmation at our discretion and/or for high value orders.
  • Shipping times are estimates within any shipping method selected and are not guaranteed due to normal issues with the shipper (weather delays, high volume, etc.) or an unforeseen circumstance.

Cerra Water

Shipping

Orders ship out of Canada or USA warehouses via standard shipping with tracking.
Free Replacements: If you receive a damaged, defective product, or there is another product issue we will replace it completely free of charge if you inform us of your claim and details (by email at support@cerrawater.com) within one week of receiving the product.
We require the following pictures if you receive a damaged product. Once you provide them to us we will ship a replacement to you. If you provide all these images initially in your first email to us it will speed up our ability to send you a replacement or replacement part.

  • Close up picture of the damage
  • Full image of the product showing the damage and retail packaging in one picture
  • Picture of the bar code label on the bottom of the retail box
  • Picture of full shipping label on the box.

Issues with filters require you to send us a video showing the issue with the filter. Any issues of low pH must be done with a filter less than 1 month old using freshly filtered water and using our pH drops (we recommend you read of FAQ to understand the issues testing using other pH testers) and clearly show a pH of below 8 according to our pH testing kit card. We may require either picture or videos to ensure the testing is done properly, as most issues with pH are due to incorrectly testing and are not actually an issue with the filters
Depending on the product and circumstances we may require the product be returned before being replaced, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you in this case.

 

Return

  • The 30 day risk free trial: For the initial trial of the Cerra Water Filter, products are eligible for returns within 30 days of the original date of purchase
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even when a free shipping promotion is used the shipping charge will be deducted.
  • Complete product must be returned in good condition for a full refund. Only 1 Cerra filter can be used, if any more are opened/used they will not be refunded.
  • Contact us at support@iithealthstore.com to obtain and RMA # and return instructions.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, to either our USA or Canada warehouse.

 

Warranty

  • A limited 1-year warranty applies to all Cerra Water products. This warrants the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The one year period is from the date of purchase from an authorized seller. The warranty entitles the purchaser to a free repair or replacement of the product at IIT’s discretion. Shipping costs for the warranty are only covered within the USA and Canada, the purchaser will cover the shipping costs to any other locations under this warranty (shipping costs are covered to freight forwarders such as www.myus.comhttps://ad.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/show?id=z1v/d9WQC6g&bids=376619.12&type=3&subid=0 within the USA). We will require you send a picture/video to verify any warranty issue.
  • Cerra Filters come with a 1 month effectiveness warranty from first use. This effectiveness warranty covers pH and filtering abilities. pH is guaranteed to maintain above 8.5 of freshly filtered water measured by our Cerra Water pH Test Reagent. Filtering capabilities are guaranteed by water flowing through at a reasonable rate. Water flow issues must show the exposed bottom of the filter to assess the flow rate. We may request pictures and/or videos showing the issue.
  • The Cerra Filter 1 month effectiveness warranty does not provide coverage in certain situations which include but are not limited to: pH is measured using a third party pH tester; The Cerra Filter is in the activation process, the first 2 weeks after first use; Non potable water (water which would not meet basic safety regulations such as well water or lake water), hot water, or any other liquids are put through the Cerra Filter. The filter activation procedures are not followed; Personal preference of water taste.

 


HealthyLine

The manufacturer HealthyLine is based in the USA with headquarters in New York.

The mats are FDA registered (Reg. #3011218861).

    The manufacturer's warranty and conditions apply and are summarized below.
  • 27 month warranty for most mats.
  • Enhanced 5 year warranty on many mats with a 10-20% deductible in years 3 to 5.
  • 90 day risk-free trial

Shipping

  • All order are shipped out of Healthyline’s New York via UPS, USPS or Fedex. Orders are typically shipped the next business day, although there sometimes are temporarily delays.
  • Order may require signature confirmation depending on order size and delivery address at our discretion

 

Returns

In order to return your mat, please follow these 3 steps:

Send an email to support@iithealthstore.com with your intent to return and your reason.
After receiving a reply with acknowledgement of the return, please ship it to the address you are provided with in New York (or alternative address will be provided).

After you have shipped the unit, please wait until it is delivered to our warehouse and then email us your tracking number. Once the tracking confirms the delivery, we will process your refund immediately. Without providing the tracking information your refund may be delayed.
For the 90 day trial period, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back for a refund equal to the price of the product paid minus shipping fee. The 90 Day trial period does not apply to energy duvets.
If you think you might return your mat during your trial period, please use it with care and always cover it with a towel or blanket. The unit must be returned in good condition without smell, stains, or damage.
Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping for all returns for a refund.
All shipping fees paid or our actual shipping costs when free shipping promotions. or subsidized shipping, are used are non-refundable. Only the product purchase price is eligible for a refund.
If you need a warranty exchange, free shipping is provided for the contiguous 48 US states. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and all other international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements, exchanges, and returns, regardless of the reason.
A customer’s first return will receive a full product refund, any returns after that will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Warranty Policy:

- Provide any valid proof of purchase from us—such as a PayPal record, credit card statement, store receipt, or invoice—is sufficient as proof of the date of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, send us an e-mail with detailed information about your purchase and we will attempt to trace it. We keep complete records of worldwide sales on our site, so we can usually trace the history of every product sold. This warranty is void if you initiate a credit card chargeback or violate any other terms of service.

- If a product is defective, and the defects do not include physical damage caused by incorrect or negligent usage, within 27 months of receipt of the product, you may obtain a free replacement from the manufacturer. To do so, you must first contact us (support@iithealthstore.com or Phone 360-233-2088) and explain the problem in detail. Most problems with our products are related to incorrect usage and can be resolved with the right suggestion or explanation. If the product appears to have a manufacturing defect, we will ask you to ship it back to us for a free replacement. All mat products or accessories with manufacturing defects will be replaced for free. Unlike other companies, we do not charge a restocking fee. If the product you return to us does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged by the user, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
- The customer may be asked to provide either photo or video documentation.
- The customer must provide the product’s serial number.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and all international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways for any returns or exchanges, regardless of the reason.

If more than 27 months have passed since you received the product, the first period full warranty will have expired, and then the 5 year extended warranty details below apply when applicable to eligible mats. However, we are always willing to assist you in finding the best solution to any problem. In addition you have lifetime Trade-In value of 50% you paid for your product against new purchase of same or higher value. In the Trade-In program, after the warranty period is over, regardless of your product’s condition, you can trade it in and use half of its original value for a new purchase.. You have 50% value in that product without time limitation. If you have a working mat that is in good condition, you can also submit that for an upgrade at full value towards the purchase of another mat priced at 2x or more the price of the trade-in.

Customers must not cut any of the tags or labels on the back of the mat or the warranty will be voided.

Intentional damage, negligent use against instruction or common sense, or alteration will void the warranty.

IITHealthStore.com reserves the right to void any warranty or refuse policy in the rare case of customer dishonesty, scams, false publications, abuse of HealthyLine Mat products or its personnel.

 

5-Year Free Limited Manufacturer Extended Warranty For HealthyLine supplied AC Powered Mats And Controllers

The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from IITHealthStore.com Mats. Warranty coverage applies to the NEW & Like New/ Open Box original product ONLY and is not transferable to another product with a different serial number, unless replacement takes place.

Manufacturer warrants that all new products, as noted above, are free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions in accordance with instruction and common sense. Damage, negligent use against instruction or common sense, alteration will void the warranty.

To enact the 5-Year Warranty, you will need a valid proof of purchase such as a PayPal record, credit card statement, store receipt, or invoice. If you do not have proof of purchase, send us an email with detailed information about your purchase and we will attempt to find it on our end. The serial number of the mats can be found on the warranty card (if you have one) or on the back of the mat right under the product tag.

If a product is defective, and the defects do not include physical damage caused by incorrect or negligent use, within 5 years of receipt of the product, you may obtain a free replacement from the manufacturer (may be new or refurbished [renewed] depending on availability and the condition of your mat). First, please, contact us at support@iithealthstore.com and explain the problem in detail, get a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and ship it back to us to 925 Shepherd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208 for a free replacement.

Please note: If the product you return does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged by the user, we will ship it back to you (at your expense) or offer a trade-in or dispose of it if you refuse to take it back.

The 5-Year Warranty is void after two replacements during the coverage period.

5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Terms

First and Second year of Warranty:

For the first and second year + 3 additional months of your product’s 5-Year Warranty, we will cover the shipping cost both ways and provide a replacement free of charge. Controller replacement is free and includes free shipping, as well (except for Alaska and Hawaii $10; Canada $15, $30 West Europe and $60 the rest of the world internationally).

If it is determined by our engineers that the defect is the result of improper use, the warranty will be voided. If no defect is found, IITHealthStore.com reserves the right to return the same product to the customer, with shipping costs being the customer's responsibility.

 

Third Year of Warranty:

For the third year of your product’s 5-Year Warranty, you must cover the cost of shipping both ways. Replacement of malfunctioned items will be subject to a 10% deductible of the full retail cost (a $1500 product would have a $150 deductible + shipping costs).

Controller replacement is free, but the shipping cost is your responsibility for Alaska and Hawaii $10; Canada $15 and $30 West Europe and $60 the rest of the world internationally).

 

Fourth and Five year of Warranty:

For the last two years of your product’s 5-Year Warranty, you must cover the cost of shipping both ways. Replacement of malfunctioned items will be subject to a 20% deductible of the full retail cost.
Controller replacement is free, but the shipping cost is your responsibility for Alaska and Hawaii $10; Canada $15 and $30 West Europe and $60 the rest of the world internationally).

 

*All replacements are made with a new or a refurbished mat in the same or better condition as your current one. All refurbished mats are fully checked, cleaned and sanitized.

 

Healthy Wave Grounding & Shielding Sheets

Shipping

Return

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused EMF Shielding and Grounding Blankets/Mats. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Shipping cost is not refundable. Opened or used products may not be returned. We may request a picture or video of the product before you return it.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, to either our USA or Canada warehouse.

 

Warranty

We guarantee all Healthy Wave Grounding and Shielding Sheets are free from manufacture defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect please email us at support@iithealthstore.com with a clear image or video or the issue and we will resolve the issue.

We cannot be responsible for your laundry process, so any washing, drying, dry-cleaning, or alteration automatically voids all warranty. Any overuse or abusive use will also void the warranty.

The shielding & grounding properties work as advertised and demonstrated in our videos. While you can recreate the same results as our videos if you are unable to this does not considered a “defect” as it is typically due to the testing error. You are free to contact us for advice on how to correctly perform the tests and we are happy to coach you through the steps.

For warranty & defect purposes we do not accept individual’s personal testing results. Any testing claiming the product is defective must be conducted by a third party accredited laboratory or facility.

If the product you return does not appear to be defective or has clearly been damaged, or altered by the user, we will ship it back to you at your expense or dispose of it if you refuse to take it back. Free shipping for defective items is provided for the 48 continental states and Canada; Hawaii, Alaska, and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements, exchanges, and returns.

If more than 30 days has passed since you received the product, the warranty for EMF Shielding and Grounding Blanket/Mat will have expired, and you may not submit a claim for the product.

 

Factory Direct

Shipping

  • Pro series Red Light Therapy Panels US orders are shipped out of a USA warehouse, estimated delivery is 1 week, it may take a few days to provide tracking. All other countries are shipped direct from China, estimated delivery is 1-2 weeks, it can take up to 1 week to provide tracking.

 

Return

30 day return policy for products in "Like New Condition" showing little to no signs of use. There is a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be returned to our main Canadian headquarters. If you are returning from outside Canada all duties/ taxes must be prepaid with the return.  To initiate a return contact us at support@iithealthstore.com for a RMA number and return address.

 

Warranty

  • Pro series Red Light Therapy Panels come with a 3 year manufacture warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse or damaged caused by the user, such as damaged caused by the panel dropping or falling or blocking off the fans. We will ask for videos demonstrating the issue and will resolve the warranty through either replacement parts or a full replacement, depending on the issue the customer may be responsible for shipping fees. If you have a warranty issue within 30 days US customers may return to a local warehouse for a full refund.

Shipping

Orders ship out of Canada or USA warehouses via standard shipping with tracking.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for any products still in like new condition. Exchanges can be for different sizes, colors or even different products. If you would like to exchange a product please follow the same procedure as returning a product, additional details will be provided after contacting us. Instead of a refund you will receive the exchanged product. As a courtesy we will cover the shipping cost to send out the exchanged product, we provide this courtesy once per order within the USA and Canada.
  • Free Replacements: If you receive a damaged or defective product we will replace it completely free of charge if you inform us within one week of receiving the product. We will require you send a picture to verify the damage. Depending on the product and circumstances we may require the product be returned before being replaced, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you in this case.

  • Examples of what the warranty does not cover includes but is not limited to: breakage caused by mishandling such as dropping products, breakage to chains, string or stretch elastics, chips and scratches that may occur during regular use or any other damage that may come from improper care or use. Some of these occurrences may be covered in the first week under our damaged or defective products policy if the contributing factor to the breakage is not caused by misuse and is a material defect.
