Instructions for use

1. Place the sauna dome on a flat surface and connect to a standard 110V outlet.
2. Set desired session time (1–60 minutes) using the control box.
3. Adjust each of the three temperature zones independently between 77°F and 194°F.
4. Allow the unit to preheat for 5–15 minutes.
5. Lie comfortably inside the dome with your head positioned outside.
