The Iyashi® Scalar Energy Bracelet are elastic and flexible and designed to fit comfortably around your wrist. The chart below is the exact sizes of each bracelet.
Take a piece of string or flexible measuring tape and measure your wrist, take a snug measurement around your wrist bone.
If your wrist measurement is between sizes choosing the smaller size will give you a snugger fit around your wrist below the wrist bone. Choose the size up if you would prefer a looser fit that can be worn higher on the wrist up the arm.

Cell Phone Protector pre use Instructions: 1) Prepare a clean flat surface on the back of your cell phone or cell phone case. 2) Remove the Iyashi® Cell Phone Protector off the card, a double sided adhesive is on the backside 3) Stick the cell phone protector to your cell phone or cell phone case. 4) Once attached it cannot be easily removed and reattached 5) Ground for 15 minutes and it is ready to use.
