Instructions for use

1. Remove the protective film and install the eye protection components.
2. Attach the straps to the face and neck masks and adjust for a comfortable fit.
3. Connect both masks to the controller using the dual USB ports.
4. Long press the power button to turn on the device.
5. Select the desired light color mode.
6. Adjust the energy level (1–5).
7. Relax during the default 10-minute session.

Recommended use: 3/4 times per week for best results.
