Instructions for use

1. Connect the therapy mat to the controller and plug into the power supply.
2. Press the power button once to turn on constant light mode.
3. Press again to activate 10Hz pulse mode; press again for 40Hz pulse mode.
4. Use the “+ / –” buttons to adjust brightness level.
5. Use the “+ / –” buttons on the TIME control to set session duration.
6. Relax during the session and allow the mat to shut off automatically.
